On June 12, 2019, executives from the Austrian companies Constantia Flexibles, Ebner Furnaces, klickerr, Miba, and voestalpine joined U.S. Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross and Advisor to the President Ivanka Trump to sign the Trump Administration’s Pledge to America's Workers. The pledge, a commitment to expand programs for further training of American skilled workers, was signed at the 2019 SelectUSA Investment Summit in Washington, DC, together with other foreign companies.
