The 25th volume of the annual publication series Contemporary Austrian Studies (CAS), entitled Austrian Studies Today, was published recently by UNO Press/innsbruck university press, reflecting a unique transatlantic university partnership.
This anniversary edition contains “updates” of articles by authors who had contributed essays to the main topics covered in the previous 24 volumes (such as “The Kreisky Era”/1994 or “Religion in Austria”/2005). The essays of this volume in toto therefore provide an excellent survey of Austrian Studies in the social sciences to this day and age.
Co-edited by Günter Bischof (UNO) and Anton Pelinka, Fritz Plasser and Ferdinand Karlhofer (Innsbruck), CAS is published jointly by the Center Austria at the University of New Orleans and the Department of Political Science at the University of Innsbruck.
Panelists:
Günter Bischof
