On September 29, 2015, Nora Pouillon presented her newest book “My Organic Life” at the Austrian Embassy. She talked about her life growing up in Austria in the 1940s, her passion for organic cooking and how her restaurant Nora became the first certified organic restaurant in the U.S. in 1997.
